Glutinous rice, Thank you

 Thank you 


With appreciation to all life and everything,
I gratefully receive.
Bon appétit!

The glutinous rice cooked for the first time.
Sorghum, millet and glutinous rice
 being together in harmony.
Sweet peacefulness.

There is  
no mind that likes what I am and dislikes what I am not,
no mind that hopes others do the way I like. 
It has all disappeared.

There is no hate, and no greed. 

Filled only with  
transparent, round, 
clear mind.  

The sound of birds 
resonating clearly 
in a small forest deepened.

One grain of rice.
One devoted mind of farmers.
One wisdom of nature.

Glutinous rice

One line recipe
Washed glutinous rice,sorghum,millet(10:1:1) in a pot & a bit less water than white rice. Fin!

It becomes a healthy sweet dessert if we mix it with dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil: Rice for two, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar (or more, as we like), 1/2 tsp sesame oil. 

Eating sorghum, millet with brown rice improves scalp and hair condition. 
Some experts say that it makes hairs grow back. Oh Yes! :-)
