The tranquil shade of rain.

The roofs, grass and path
in the yellow light
shining warm.

Bright greetings from tree branches.

Empty
the mind and the body
in sweetness.

A morning hill without people.

Yellow blossoms

between rocks.

Soft red leaves.

In a kind blanket of fog,

the sky brightens.  

Everything is bright

The sky that is not busy.

The clouds that are not busy.

One bird

on the horizontal bar

of the early morning hill.

The day unfolding

naturally,

comfortably.

Smiles.

Cherishing myself and others

In one corner of the late summer evening,

small flowers in blossom

by the quiet evening light.

Wet hair.

A gentle breeze blowing.

A lovely clear, pure sound

from the leaves and grass under a tree.

Something I hear for the first time.

The sound of crickets.

The clear, transparent sound of birds singing

in the arms of morning rain showers.

The grand sound of thunder.

Let the mind land

in the cool shade:

A fearful mind,

an anxious mind,

an angry mind,

a worried mind,

a foolish mind.

There is

no likes and dislikes,

no taking what we want and throwing away what we don’t want.

Take a deep breath

being enfolded in kind mist
with tender light.

Look brightly

I am

where I should be.

I know

there is nothing to be worried and anxious about,

there is no slow and fast.

there is no loss and gain.

In soft light,

close my eyes and listen carefully.

embraces me.
